Shipping & Return Policy
We offer several options to get your goods:
1. $7.50 Flat-Rate Shipping (excludes Turkish Lamps) FREE shipping over $75!
2. FREE USPS First Class Mail: USPS mailed envelope (gift cards, stickers, single masks, greeting cards purchases only)
3. $20 Flat-Rate Shipping for Turkish Lamps
4. FREE Curbside or In-Store Pick-Up
Imported goods are recommended to be picked up in stores, but if you wish to ship, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We really appreciate you choosing to shop from our small business and make great efforts to process and ship orders the same day whenever possible (weekend/holiday orders may take a bit longer). You can generally expect to receive your items within 2-7 business days, depending on your location and time of order. All non-envelope shipments will come with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the USPS. If you experience a delayed, lost or stolen package, please check your tracking number and contact your local USPS office for assistance. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you with the process.
There are two options to return your items:
1. In-Store: You may return your item(s) to any of our store locations to receive store credit/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice.
2. Mail-In: You may return your item(s) to our warehouse at your own shipping cost to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice. As soon as we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return. Once the return is processed, you should receive your money back to your account within 5 business days. Send us an e-mail and we will assist you with this process.
In the event that your item arrives to you damaged and/or defective, please contact us with pictures and we would be happy to cover the cost of shipping for you to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.
All sale/discounted items are non-exchangeable or returnable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund with 24 hours of purchase, only if the order has not yet been processed (shipped or dropped off for store pick-up). Once the order is processed, the return policy takes effect and orders cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain before purchasing.
