Shipping & Return Policy
We offer several options to get your goods:
1. $7.50 Flat-Rate Shipping (excludes Turkish Lamps) FREE shipping over $75!
2. FREE USPS mailed envelope (gift cards, stickers, greeting cards purchases only)
3. $20 Flat-Rate Shipping for Turkish Lamps
4. FREE Curbside or In-Store Pick-Up
Imported goods are recommended to be picked up in stores, but if you wish to ship, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We really appreciate you choosing to shop from our small business and make great efforts to process and ship orders the same day whenever possible (weekend orders may take a bit longer). You can generally expect to receive your items within 2-3 business days.
Due to recent changes to the US Postal Service, you may experience a delay in receiving your goods. We are processing orders as fast as possible to account for these changes. Thank you for your patience!
There are two options to return your items:
1. In-Store: You may return your item(s) to any of our store locations to receive store credit/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice.
2. Mail-In: You may return your item(s) to our Warehouse at your own shipping cost to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice. As soon as we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return and your money should be returned to your account within 2-3 business days. Send us an e-mail and we will assist you with this process.
In the event that your item arrives to you damaged and/or defective, please contact us with pictures and we would be happy to cover the cost of shipping for you to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.
All sale/discounted items are non-exchangeable or returnable.
