Shipping + Returns
We offer several options to get your goods:

3. $20 Flat-Rate Shipping for Turkish Lamps
4. FREE USPS First Class Mail: Flat envelope (stickers, greeting cards, etc.)
5. FREE In-Store Pick-Up - Cincinnati Locations Only
*Small Goods Rate applies to small items such as jewelry, patches, socks, etc. Quantity or choosing Free Gift Wrap may affect rate. Shipping rate automatically calculated at checkout.
Imported goods are recommended to be picked up in stores, but if you wish to ship, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We really appreciate you choosing to shop from our small business and make great efforts to process and ship orders the same day whenever possible (weekend/holiday orders may take a bit longer). You can generally expect to receive your items within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and time of order. All non-envelope shipments will come with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS/UPS. If you experience a delayed, lost or stolen package, please check your tracking number and contact your local USPS/UPS office for assistance. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you with the process.
There are two options to return your items:
1. In-Store: You may return your item(s) to any of our store locations to receive a full refund within 14 days of order receipt. You may exchange your items or receive store credit up to 30 days from purchase.
2. Mail-In: You may return your item(s) to our warehouse at your own shipping cost to receive a full refund within 30 days of order receipt. As soon as we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return. Once the return is processed, you will receive your money back to your account within 5 business days. Please send us an e-mail and we will assist you with this process.
In the event that your item arrives to you damaged and/or defective, please e-mail us photos within 3 days of receipt.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice.
All discounted items are non-exchangeable or returnable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the order has not yet been processed (shipped or dropped off for store pick-up). Once the order is processed, the return policy takes effect and orders cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain before purchasing.
