Returns + Exchanges

Return/Cancellation Policy

There are two options to return your items:

1. In-Store: You may return your item(s) to any of our store locations to receive a full refund within 14 days of order receipt. You may exchange your items or receive store credit up to 30 days from purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice. 

2. Mail-In: You may return your item(s) to our warehouse at your own shipping cost to receive a full refund within 30 days of order receipt. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and invoice. As soon as we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return. Once the return is processed, you will receive your money back to your account within 5 business days. Send us an e-mail and we will assist you with this process. 

In the event that your item arrives to you damaged and/or defective, please e-mail us photos within 3 days of receipt. 

All sale items are non-exchangeable or returnable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. 

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the order has not yet been processed (shipped or dropped off for store pick-up). Once the order is processed, the return policy takes effect and orders cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain before purchasing.
